Non-Refundable Payment Policy

All payments made to Wizard Consulting for any form of consultation, advisory service, mentorship, strategic guidance, digital service, scheduled session, professional opinion, business consultation, educational material, or any other service offered through our website, digital platforms, communication channels, or direct interaction are strictly final and non-refundable.

By choosing to engage with, purchase, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain any service provided by Wizard Consulting, the client, user, participant, or customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees that any and all fees, charges, deposits, retainers, booking amounts, consultation fees, or service payments made to Wizard Consulting are non-refundable under any and all circumstances, regardless of the nature of the request, the timing of the request, or the reason provided by the Client.

The Client further acknowledges that once a consultation or service has been booked, scheduled, initiated, confirmed, reserved, or paid for, Wizard Consulting begins allocating time, expertise, intellectual resources, operational effort, and strategic planning capacity in preparation for delivering the requested service. Due to the nature of consulting services, which involve the allocation of professional knowledge, proprietary frameworks, intellectual insights, preparation time, and availability of advisory resources, such commitments cannot be reversed, reclaimed, or resold once a booking has been confirmed.

Accordingly, all payments made to Wizard Consulting shall be deemed compensation for time, availability, preparation, intellectual contribution, advisory expertise, and professional allocation of resources, whether or not the Client ultimately utilizes the service in full, partially, or at all.

Under no circumstances shall Wizard Consulting be required to provide a refund, reimbursement, chargeback approval, payment reversal, or credit adjustment for any payment that has already been processed. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

• Change of mind by the Client

• Client dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes or expectations

• Failure by the Client to attend or participate in a scheduled session

• Scheduling conflicts or availability issues on the part of the Client

• Misinterpretation of the scope of the service by the Client

• Delays in communication or response time

• Personal, financial, or business circumstances affecting the Client

• External market conditions or results not aligning with Client expectations

• Any perceived lack of benefit, profitability, or outcome from the consultation

• Technical issues outside the reasonable control of Wizard Consulting

Furthermore, the Client agrees that initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal request, or unauthorized refund claim through a bank, payment processor, or financial institution for services that have been clearly defined as non-refundable constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Wizard Consulting reserves the full right to present this agreement, including proof of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as evidence to the relevant financial institution, payment processor, or dispute resolution body to demonstrate that the Client knowingly agreed to a strict non-refund policy prior to completing the transaction.

Additionally, the Client acknowledges that consulting services involve the transfer of intellectual insight, strategic perspective, and professional advisory guidance that cannot be physically returned once delivered or once access has been granted. Because of this inherent characteristic of consulting and advisory services, refunds are not feasible, practical, or applicable once payment has been processed.

By proceeding with any payment, the Client explicitly confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this non-refund policy in its entirety. The Client further confirms that they are entering the transaction with full awareness that all payments are final, binding, and non-reversible, and that they waive any future claim to refunds, reimbursements, or compensation related to the service purchased.

Wizard Consulting may, at its sole and absolute discretion, choose to reschedule a consultation or adjust service delivery in certain situations as a gesture of goodwill; however, such actions shall not be interpreted as an obligation, entitlement, or precedent for future refund claims, and they do not alter the fundamental non-refundable nature of all payments made.

This policy applies universally across all services offered by Wizard Consulting, including but not limited to business consulting, strategic advisory, financial market insights, mentorship sessions, private consultations, digital educational materials, advisory programs, or any other professional engagement provided now or in the future.

By completing a payment and engaging with Wizard Consulting services, the Client affirms their full acceptance of this policy and agrees that all payments made are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible under any circumstances whatsoever.
